Descriptive Statistics Vs Inferential Statistics

Statistics plays a crucial role in Data Science. One should be familiar with at least the basic concepts before one starts dealing with data. Statistics helps at every step from exploring the data and identifying trends to drawing conclusions from it. In this article, we will be going through two main Statistical methods that are used in Data Science: Descriptive Statistics and Inferential Statistics.
